i picked the front and rear seats off a 99 M3 a couple of days ago, they are powered just like my lux seats (96 M3 btw) so i thought the swap was gonna be pretty straight forward. i went to put them in today and i noticed that the plugs and connections are a little different...
here's my car's harness

the plugs are different, so how do i get them wired correctly?
has anyone done this before?
