crank position?

Need some suggestions or help on what I can do to get the Crank position sensor (http://www.car-stuff.com/crankpositionsensor.htm) out. Got the bolt already, so that's not the issue..And yes i've tried wiggling it to get it out, it won't budge can't even move it, using a twisting motion, i've tried using vice grips to twist it out, still hasn't done anything. thanks in advance
