Nobel's are sold as kit cars in the US. You can purchase a rolling chassis from 1gracing, and then you need to supply the engine and driveline. I believe that there are shops local to 1g racing that they will recommend build you an engine of your choice. Mostly american muscle engines with turbos.

i saw a noble for sale about two months ago
it was imported and had that special form that is limited to like 300 every year january 2nd to be smog exempt forever.
