I don't understand how to get the little gold reputation plus logo next to my name like most of the members have..... Help? :confused:

The +/- in the top bar of the individual post adds or takes away reputation for a poster for that specific post.

So, example... your question is answered by another forum member with a detailed explanation of why and how, you would click on the plus on top of their reply post to give them reputation for being teh awesome. But if someone said stfu noob and rtfm you would click the "-" because they were an asshat.

There are plenty more reasons on why someone would click either choice, but hopefully that gets the jist of the reputation add-on to the forum.
