Well, where are you located lol. I wish i could start modding the M, but cant right now haha. I love the rear vent.

Some body shops are willing to fabricate that for you, if you're willing to pay.
Buy a damaged OEM bumper, any color, and start your project :)

Well my rear bumper is already damaged after getting hit :thinkerg:
I'm going to shop around for a body shop this week :D

Ive had custom work done @ ranz motorsports, also did johns M5 bumper similar to that in the pic you posted.
Moe @ The Shop Culver City can also do that work, pretty much the MFEST sponsors are the guys you wanna trust.

looks a bit to big imo.
