I started this thread for all of us to, in a way, rate service advisors and let us know what dealerships they work at to give the members on this forum an idea of who to go to in their area. So if you have any great comments or terrible nightmare stories about any service advisors please let us know and don't forget to tell us what dealership they work at! Thanks! :D

I've been going to BH BMW and working with Jeff in service. He's a really nice and funny guy if anyone goes to that service lot. He does the most for you and your car and even though it's weird to say this because it should be expected, I appreciate that. But as we all know, to find someone in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry today with manners and respect is like finding Lewis Hamilton at your local Target buying pillow cases and scented candles.

Center BMW is a stand up dealership! Wish they were closer to me, but they are definitely on my hit list for when I'm in need of serious work!

I had Lahna twice over the past month over at Irvine BMW, she was very helpful and quite cute. However, the techs didn't seem to competent over there. I will try out Sterling next time most likely.

Just to let you know - we do offer full SSS/OPS services and are non-prejudiced when it comes to existing modifications.

All scanning is performed via autologic with MOST/fibre capabilities.

Essentially BMW's equipment in layman's terms.

We have access to PROGMAN updates as soon as BMW releases them along with coding, component activation and diagnostics in real-time.

Are the services at EAS financially covered by BMW and/or a third party warranty the same as if I went to a BMW dealership service lot?

I've heard good stuff about Sterling. I will definitely go there next time (Hopefully my 15k or so maintenance). I have a friend in the VW scene and his friend Mike works at Sterling I believe, I've only met him once but he seems like a good guy and is very into the car scene.

We are, but will tell you if there is a potential risk before doing any work beforehand. If you're any bit unsure - it's best to stick to your dealer.

Im under warranty went to Sterling since I threw a CEL light.. Long story short the service manager got involved and since my car has an after market exhaust they would not touch my car. My SA got written up for it as well.

Sterling is cracking down on cars that have after market parts on there cars not installed by them.

Stay Away!!
