Try photostitch in Photoshop or even a separate program.
It will eliminate the off centered pictures. However you still have to worry about parallax.
Or it is spelled parallex. Not sure on the spelling. Essentially, it happens when objects appear closer and farther when you "spin" to shoot the 360. You need to keep the "center weighted point" at the CENTER of the camera, and turn from there, NOT your body =)

dude! I'm not photoshop savi, but this looks awesome IMO! I would say it's definately not bad for your first time! Great job!
