We've been very very busy around here. Here are some projects that we've finished and some that we're currently working on.

#1) Here's a picture of our stage 4 intercooler. As you can see from the size next to my iphone it is massive. We noticed a significant pressure drop across the core of our stage stage 1-3 cores at extreme flow so we're completing the development of our stage 4 intercooler. This intercooler will bolt in, but will require cutting the front crash support. We're tying the intercooler to rigid supports to make up for some structural losses from doing this. Even with this large core we notice increased spool with our T76 dual ball-bearing turbo.

#2) Our stage 4 system requires the use of both an injector driver box (the same as stage 3) and a 10 channel AEM twin fire which is new with stage 4. This picture shows the new mounting bracket for both of these units which will come with both stage 3 and 4. Extreme boost requires significantly hotter spark to arc the gap thus requiring a hefty ignition system. These units mount neatly in the area where our EMS is mounted on all 01's to 06's.

#3) Evan's M3 left last week and he is now enjoying it in sunny Florida. Here are some pics he took of his gorgeous M3 and his dyno graph.

#4) Oscar's M3 left a couple weeks ago and he just won a show at the Super Autobacs in California last weekend. His car is getting some major exposure so be prepared to see a lot more of this car shortly.

#5) Justin's M3 just left our shop today. He has a gorgeous blue M3 with a flawless interior much like Evans. It's very very nice ride with hot black wheels. Here are some pictures and his dyno graph. Justin... as you didn't have us do this, please correct the alignment and rear diff before you drive this car very far, it is extremely loose.

#6) Ravi's M3 is undergoing some surgery. It was determined that all 6 pistons had the ring lands crack on them. We honed the cylinders to address the slight damage and re-installed some brand new slugs. His car will be flawless when it leaves here in another week or so with an HPF stage 2 turbo system on it.

#7) Brian's M3 is getting a built motor with our HPF stage 2.5. Another gorgeous white M3 getting a serious powerplant installed!! Brian will be road racing this car so we're building it up for the challenge.
