How long are you planning to keep your car?

As the title states how long are you going to keep your car. IMO i think the E46 is the best looking M3 models and i'm going to keep it as long as possible :D. What about the rest of you guys?

Ima keep the mini forever... I thought i was gunna keep the 944 turbo forever, but..yeah... haha... the mini will be my beast when its done, and ill have like an m5 for a DD

for a very long time... if anything down the line, i'd strip it and turn it into a track car possibly...

i'd really like to build up a crazy ass evo 9 mr. it was super hard for me to say no to that idea before buying the m3.

Considering that this one is my second one and I kept the other one for about 3 years, Im going say about 3 years as well...If all goes well, Id like to get an M5 or 997tt next...but with the economy the way it is...its going to be longer than 3 years haha. If things go really really well, Ill keep the M3 and get another car as well.

Thanks....a GT3 RS would be the dream...but like I said....not even going to be close to being possibly anytime soon ..or ever hahaha.

I agree is you on the E46....I still get wowwed when I see them on the road....the E92 is cool too..but still not the same extent

I don't think the E46 will be a classic. Only the original E30 will be. Unless the next M3 (e100?) gets a major overhaul the way Nissan did with the 350 to 370 by increasing power while at the same time shortening the car, making it lighter, and suspension improvements, it'll always be the E30 as the classic. The E46 is much too watered down and the only thing saving it is the awesome S54.
