What are you looking for loud? From order quietest to loudest I think magnaflow, Active Autowerke, UUC.

all i have done is a short headers on it i was thinking maybe doing a catback delete

Don't do a muffler delete unless you're going to boost. I've ran it and you lose quite a bit of torque due to the lack of backpressure. It's ridiculously loud as well.
I'd recommend getting a good reputable catback like Active, B&B, Tubi, UUC, etc.

just get a custom one done dump the cats and throw a resonator back there... or go with what kev said

welcome!!! if you want to go exhaust upgrade i recommend Topspeed exhaust. it's pretty loud and they have it for e36's just search on Google DNA motoring and they look up your model. pretty good price for a full exhaust system :D
Top Speed only sounds good for E46s. I recommend UUC Exhaust.

if you want to keep the stock look, I have a gutted catback if your interested. sounds just like stock...except much deeper and loader. no drone in the cabin either.

well guys i took my cats out my car an it sounds really raspie when the arpms go down. any sugestion on how to get rid of it ? i was think a high flow cat
