Hello Mfesters...I got a new camera for Christmas and haven't put the thing down since. I love it and am have some good fun , so I though I would share some of the pictures Ive taken the past few days. For those of you who are interested the camera is a Canon Rebel XSi. I would love any pointers any of you may have, I know we have some pretty talented photographers on the forum :D

Yea its a great camera but I still have MUCH to learn. In the photos above Im just using the 18-55mm that came with it but I also got a Canon 75-300mm Autofocus Telephoto Zoom Lens:cool:

i have the same 75-300mm Auto Tele Lens... i'm sorry but i hate it! lol...

the 18-55mm is a great lens for everyday photos. When i saw the first picture, i thought... he bought a Macro lens? fooled me :p

hopefully i can get a new lens for myself in the near future hehe

anyways, pics look great! looks forward to seeing more pics :cool:

Great picture of the hybrid Gram. Hilarious! Keep shooting and keep the sense of humor! You're doing a lot of the right things!

Take the time to get to know each lens, focus on one lens at a time. Otherwise, it's like modding a car all at once, you never really know what each performance part does, you've spent all your money, and you end up bored.
