On the basis of presentation, presence, and debate skills alone, I would personally rank as follows:

1) Biden
2) Obama
3) Palin
4) McCain

This does not take into account historical accuracy, present or future political ability, or relevant work and political experience. Just based on what I've observed in the debates, and I have not seen all the debates, nor do I have much political experience. This does not indicate a voting preference either.
