I'm looking at KW coils, perhaps V1/V2. I may just go with springs/shocks for now though.

Running Dinan Stage 3 with JRZ's. I love the suspension, but if you are thinking about LOTS of track time with the Beast, I would advise looking into coil overs. If you want street, canyon and track, its a great package.

Adjustability and customization is the main reason people go with Coilovers...KW, H&R, GC and Bilsteins are one of the leaders for it...for me Dinan shocks and springs are one of the best set up i had but we'll see when i get the KW's

Just got monroe yellows- sturts and shocks. Tight as hell. Gives me a 3 inch perm lift.

Wound some rebar found on a construction site for some new spring action. Pretty stiff- in fact very stiff. Suspension hasn't moved down since install. Struts are at full extension- all the time. I went to adjust rebound. They aren't adjustable.

Car now has excessive understeer. Infact I can't turn at all.

Considering reversing my wheels to have 245 up back, with 275 up front as you guys love 275's up front?

Went with Ground Control. Dan just drove her. The look on his face while taking sweepers then a few twisites I will never forget. The smiles afterwards said it all.

285 in back, 255 up front - no rubbing- shockingly fantastic.

Dinan/Koni Stage 2. The rear Konis were both shot at ≈ 70k miles...I could bounce the rear of the car up and down with virtually no resistance...BMS replaced them under warranty. The fronts still feel like new. I've just started to try to get a one-of-a-king coilover setup done for the M Coupe...stay tuned.

I drove Neil's (BMWMPWR) beast after GC installation and I tell you - it was awesome!!!!!

Ground Control is excellent!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended.

I heard great things about Dinan stage 3 too but after my Dinan customer service experience (really bad)- there will be no more Dinan parts in my beast.

Update: My Ground Control kit has arrived, waiting to be installed.

Waiting for Neil's final recommendation on optimal settings. Thanks Neil!

How's the rebar holding up ???

Thinkin about rebar in place of the rear sway bar. Just spot weld, no TC brackets. Use OEM brackets to hold er up while I weld, since I only have one hand.

Thanks Chris, the rear is actually the same as the front, its just in this pic the rear wheel is in a sunken? Sinking part of a driveway, making it look like the rear has more gap.

I hope to meet up with Dan soon so we can take some more artistic pics of our beasts.
