HIN who's in! March 14, 2009 Open to all Mfesters

We've been invited to show at HIN in L.A this year at the Dodger stadium and so far I'm still undecided if we'll do it but i want to show all of your (Mfesters) hard work on your cars...so here's your chance to show with us this year before Mfest 3...we'll do 15 cars and 5 exotics or non BMW for a total of 20 cars we will each pay the entrance fee $50-$60 per car, don't worry we'll help you guys out and will invite our Mfest models to be with us aswell...pls don't be shy to show your cars as this is a good experience for you guys...our fellow Mfesters will support all the participants...

when i had a booth at previous HIN's I always had to let them know how many cars i was bringing so they could plan "general arrangement."

Ok here's the deal folks...

I got off the phone with one of the main organizers with HIN just a few minutes ago and looks like we're going to be one of the biggest teams that will be signing up.

That also means the pressure is on us as well. We need to show to the rest of the automotive industry what ///MFest is all about. Time to get ready guys and take over Hot Import Nights in LA!!!!!

Laidback delegated to me the responsibilities of getting our group organized. What I ask from you is your full cooperation. And just to give you a heads up, I work quick. So if you try to slow things down, I hate to say it but with ///MFest's reputation on the line, I will have to carry on regardless :D...

So here are the details:

I will need every single car on the roster to contribute $100. Now before you guys jump on me on why it's "so damn expensive," let me give you a break down.

$2500 (Total contribution of 25 cars which is our budget)

$1375 Registration for 25 cars ($55 per car)
$150 Power source fee (we need this to have light and our audio systems running since we can't have our cars turned on during the event.)
$700 Car Models Fees (Yes, we need eye candy aside from the cars. Pictures of the models will be provided once we finalize the roster.)
$275 Incidentals (This will cover expenses for MFest Banners.)

A 20x10 Black Tent will be provided by Euro Dyne. I do need the following if you guys could help out:

Chairs
Tables
Strobes
LED Light Ropes (preferably red)
Ice Bucket/Cooler
Soda and Water
DJ Equipment (Guys got a hook up with a DJ? Please PM me.)

The layout of teams in Dodger Stadium will be divided into sections where 16 cars can fit. We obviously need 2 sections that are adjacent to each other. This is the main reason why I need you guys to pay Laidback or myself right away since paying individually to HIN will risk us being spread around the stadium.
