If you have not done one of this and want to improve your driving skills then check this out. I did this couple years ago and learned a lot from it.

May Motor Momentum
Hosted by
Central California Chapter and Los Angeles Chapter

May 29 - 31, 2009

3 Days, 2 Tracks
(Something for Everyone)

Develop your driving skills while driving your
BMW the way it was built to be driven.

Start your long weekend on Buttonwillow Raceway Park on Friday. Buttonwillow offers three miles of superbly designed track to challenge and hone your driving skills. Classroom instruction, in-car instruction, lots of track time and lunch included. If your significant other isn't a track junkie, they can sleep in, lounge by the pool, take a nap, hit the Jacuzzi, unwind and relax. (non-BMW’s welcome)

Auto Club Speedway (formerly California Speedway ) in Fontana is where you want to be Saturday and Sunday, May 30-31. Create your own event by picking and choosing from two 1-day Driving Schools and two 1-day Car Control Clinics to attend on this 21 turn, 2.8 mile circuit. The Saturday Car Control Clinic includes a track session. Sunday’s Car Control Clinic is a perfect handling school for teenagers and nervous first-timers. There are some major shopping areas (Ontario Mills) close by just in case the rest of your family doesn’t want to visit the Speedway .
