What's the use of having an option when you can't or not supposed to use it or the warranty is void? This is going to be very interesting and i see a class action suit coming up.

+1 if they didn't want you to use it then they shouldn't have put it as an option:mad:What's the use of having an option when you can't or not supposed to use it or the warranty is void? This is going to be very interesting and i see a class action suit coming up.

Here's what's gonna happen:
Nissan will make the point that alot of cars (like our Ms) have a traction control off function, and that turning off that feature (while it may unleash the raw power of the car) voids any warranty claims based on the outcome of turning it off...
I mean bottom line: traction control off = use at your own risk.
Granted I know alot of M owners that run their cars in S6 mode all the time and never had any issues like this....
So I can't say completely that the new GTR was built without flaws...
its tough...

One of my friends just bought a e92 M3 coupe after having given up on the GT-R. I think he is making a nice choice, particularly given all the BMW incentives offered. (M School, Financing, Good pricing, BMW CCA discount)...
