I've been told by many that H&R is the lowest out of the 3 you are asking about. The Eibach's are the most conservative drop (not as low). I was inquiring about the same thing on another forum and this is what I was told otherwise.

Bradduh, from what i know, it somewhat depends on which car youre installing 'em... for instance, my e39 has H&R and the drop is as perfect as can be w/o sacrificing the ride and comfort (considering its a daily driver). on the otherhand, a friend of mine installed H&R on his e46 (328/330 series) and did not yield the same satisfactory result (like in my e39) and had to switch to Eibachs

RDSports are the lowest springs on the M5. But, they're also the harshest. I've driven my buddy's car with it and I thought it was too rough.

The next lowest are the H&R's. I've heard mixed reviews about these on the forums.

And next up are Eibachs which have the most conservative drop, but are supposedly closer to stock. Well, I got these b/c I didn't want a really rough or harsh ride. It's stiffer and rougher, but not as much as the RDSports! lol. I've been happy with them though, they look a lot better than I expected and the car handles better.
