Well it took a while to find one, but I finally found an Euro Light Switch at LeatherZ.com (very few left to get because BMW has stopped them from comming into the US)...

Rear Fog Light Switch installed:

Your stock US switch can still do this (with a few modifications) but you just won't have a visual marking on the lower button like I have & won't light up when the lights are on like mine. Check out E90Post.com for the DIY.
