One of our cars at home gets wet from the sprinklers and has waterspots everwhere. They won't come out after taking it for a carwash. What is the best product to fully take out all the spots?

Above surface paint contaminants can only be removed via a Clay Bar.

Oldest trick for the detailers, it works at times ...the best way is to always keep a bottled water/ quick detailer and paper towel or microfiber in the trunk, the sooner you get the contaminant off the better...
