this happens maybe 1 week.
Only in first gear.
When I go, sometimes it kind of jerks and stops jerks and stops, and I have to change it to 2nd gear.
I do not know if it is when I go slow or fast.
or if i put a lot of gas then let up in first.
I havent trial and errored it out yet.
any clue?

if its SMG, which it sounds like it, it wont be good, if your lucky maybe a clutch position sensor , if unlucky, smg pump or clutch.... how many miles do you have on the car and how many miles on that clutch and smg pump? do you get a SMG light when it happens and have you gone into limp mode?
AGAIN, disregard the above if its not SMG.

It's totally normal, unless you have some kind of an engine or SMG light on.
The issue is the clutch bouncing and similar things happen when driving a stick. It should only occur from a dead stop start, and when are applying low to moderate throttle. Basically it bounces once, and throw you a little back and forth in the car which then effects your ability to apply the gas properly which only intensifies the issue.
Unfortunately, the only advice I can give you is that you need to get use to driving SMG, and change your habits accordingly.

this is exactly what it is.
it is usually from a dead stop and I do apply LOW to moderate throttle.
I have been better at it, as I have been getting a "feel" for the car and I will put more throttle if I feel it.
thanks.

Have you played with the adjustment of the SMG? from low to high range and see which works or if it helps...
