Above records are all the records that I have actual paperwork for.
I believe all the cam positioning sensors have been replaced but I may not have kept the paperwork
I also have the complete service history from the previous owner via BMW service history records and as it was a lease car, it was done per the BMW recommended schedule and nothing stood out as out of the ordinary (or I would not have purchased the car)
Car has Goodyear Asymmetric Tires at roughly 75% remaining
Car Story:
It is a 2 owner car (first owner was a banker for Citigroup in Brentwood, CA, and I am the second owner).
It was BMW 3 year lease car that I purchased upon the lease ending.
It was originally leased by Bob Smith BMW, purchased back from BMW Financial by Bob Smith BMW, and then sold to me by Bob Smith BMW.
It has only been serviced at Bob Smith BMW by previous owner and at BMW Seattle by me.
Car was bone stock when I purchased it and all of the mods have been added under my ownership by BMW Seattle.
With the exception of the black grills, rear sway bar brackets and short shift kit, all mods are Dinan.
The car recently passed the 54000 mile mark.
I do not have a copy of the carfax, but an interested party did run one and told me that it was “impressive” which I took to mean as clean. The carfax was clean when I bought the car and has not been involved in any accidents since I have owned it.
Besides normal rock chips, there is nothing wrong with the car that I know of.
The front passenger seat has maybe been sat in 15 times since I have owned the car and the back seat has been sat in 3 times that I can recall.
My service Advisor (SA) at BMW Seattle is Alex Long and he works Thursday thru Saturday at BMW Seattle he will be happy to discuss my car with serious interested parties.
If I get my asking price, I will include the V1 with remote display in the sale, as well as two Ultimate Cup Holders (www.ultimatecupholders.com), the BMW universal rear seat cover (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...& hg=82&fg=26) that is still new in the plastic and never used ($194 on www.realoem.com), and the BMW battery tender.
I also have stock parts to go with the car if they are wanted – stock air intake plumbing, stock shifter, stock trunk panel (that was replaced with the euro trunk panel with storage pocket).
I have an extra oil filter, couple of quarts of oil, and an extra BMW tire sealant canister as well.
I am continuing to drive the car once a week or so to keep it “fresh” and when not being driven is being stored in my climate controlled garage and plugged into a battery tender.
I love the car and I am only selling it as I am not driving it enough to justify keeping it. I have a company F150 that gets most of my daily grind.
If you do not like the black wheels, I know of a local BMWCCA member with stock wheels that would be interested in a trade OR post them on the M5Board.com and they will sell/trade quickly.
Title is in hand
I have all books and keys
54xxx miles
$32000 obo
Please do not hesitate to contact me.
