We tested our 135i / 335i HPF Intercoolers on a stock 2010 BMW 135i today making 7psi. Here are some pictures and the dyno results. At 7psi and below 100mph and without any significant air flow going across the intercooler there is no noticeable improvement running our 87% larger intercooler. After 100mph the improvement is significant (up to 30rwhp). I would suspect that with continuous driving and above 50mph air flow that gains would be achieved much lower than 100mph. For modified 135s, 335s or 353s these gains will be much greater.
