An old friend...

Dropped by my best friend's airplane hangar last night for a party. There in the dimly lit shadows, I spied an old friend.

Ronin M5, was quietly watching the festivities.

Sure, he wasn't concours clean but he seemed to be doing well, and brought back a lot of nice memories.

I am glad to be part of M Fest and happy to be able to participate from time to time with either my MINI or Ford GT. Yes, I am aware that the focus is on ///Motorsport cars, but have always felt welcomed by the car enthusiasts and people that make M Fest what it is, regardless of make or model.

One of my fellow Ford GT Forum members just sent me a PM about how he just sold his 2002 M5, pristine, with just 25K miles on her, and he is missing her and a bit depressed about it.

Interestingly, he also owns a MINI Cooper in addition to his GT.
