Basically I purchased 2 carbon fiber NRG racing seats from Euro-Dyne last May of 2009. They were in the car for about 3 weeks and were removed after my accident post bimmerfest. There are no signs of damages on the seats on the backing nor under the cloth or brackets.

Both seats = $1075 plus tax
2 Wedge Engineering brackets = $192
Thin layer of candy red paint done by Nathan@ C&C collision in pasadena = $300 for paint and $400 for labor and installation

TOTAL cost I paid was approx. $2100

Condition: Practically new, no scratches or signs of wear&tear...Jo@EuroDyne can vouch for this.

and BTW, I'll post more pics today of how pristine they still look.

would these work for a e92 m3?

If you can verify that the mounting places would be the same then they would work for an E9x M3
