Definitely check out these sites. The install is really very straight forward and they have a great video to walk you through the process.
-- This site is run by Terry the creator of the Juice box, lots of info out there
www.n54tech.com
-- Here you can find a bunch more information on modifications. Be careful though, there are a lot of folks that like to argue about tunes and modifications. Especially the JB3 and Procede "tuner wars"

But either way you can't go wrong.

i have JB3 on my 135, i'm only able to run map 3 with the mods i have and can only get 91 octane here in cali but the power it makes is CRAZY!! def. look into both before making up your mind but you WON'T be disappointed with the JB3 especially with 2.0 coming out, also not to mention Procede is almost double the price of JB3.

AA, Dinan, and GIAC have ECU flashes available and BMW just released their Performance Upgrade which flashes the ECU and upgrades some cooling parts. There's also the Split Second Turbo Tuner (SSTT) and JB+ which is like the SSTT (install wise)

NONE at all, like i stated above i'm only running map 3 and it's not really an aggressive map but once you get into the higher maps you have to run more mods and higher octane gas or you'll def. get limps and codes thrown.

So I was goofing around with my V4 last night doing some data logging. Did a couple 0-60 runs and was able to clock 4.65 seconds to 60. Pretty happy with that considering my car weighs 3900 pounds with me and I'm at 5200 feet. Can't imagine what either one of these tunes feels like at sea level.

I can not speak for any tune other than the JB3 as I have never used any others but from MY experience: I've been running jb3 since the beginning and I have every bolt on possible including meth. I have NEVER had any problems from it in 41k miles. Plus, Terry's customer service is top notch. Oh yeah, the car feels like a monster ;)
