Yeah, that event was all about friends and none about event itself. I'm still somewhat irked that they "saved spots" for Targa Rally but no one took those spots, and the fact that every time a chick driver passed by they let them in, but turned away everyone else.

I mean, I respect women drivers too, but equal treatment, yeah?

I showed up around 12:30 and it was pretty weak. The dude with the Spyker had a break down as well...hood open and tools out. Not really a great location by any means.

The came in, "filled the parking lot" (there was enough empty spaces for us left), and then left early.

It wasn't the lack of organization or the lack of any show luster that bugged me. It was the dishonesty (from the front door guys (socaleuro?), not the TT guys).

What I didn't understand is how this is event had 1800 cars last year and then they tun around an do this in a lot that probably can only hold a few hundred. Again, I was very disappointed that I drove 45 mins. across town to go to this and I literally stayed for 10 minutes.

The drive on Sunset directly off the 405 is always fun though!!!

IMO, this event is more for Targa Trophy guys event, and the rest are just tag alongs that were invited.

But what can we expect, that's what we get for attending a free event!
