Hey guys! I need suggestions as to which BMW dealership in the LA area I can get my my E90 M3 serviced. I have several modifications to my car and looking for a BMW dealer that is more lenient and service my car without giving me crap.

Thanks

thats kinda tough... "leniency" is relative and most service managers at the dealership are hesitant on turning a blind eye when it comes to mods that borderline tampers and voids the warranty of the vehicle... exactly what mods are you talking about?

AA tune, Esienmann Race Exhaust, AA X-Pipe, AA Straight pipe, UUC Pulley

i wonder if the AA tune (like DINAN) will be recognized by BMW diagnostic... the straight pipe might be a big concern too... i could be wrong though...

regardless of anything you do theres no way around it, the gt1 is gonna recognize the different dme lay out and wont let them reset the oil/service or w.e other light unless they do it threw the the car itself. so the best thing to do is just probably find a tech that can help you out at the dealer

I've had no trouble at all with New Century BMW. I do not have a tune though.

the AA tune is the potential problem... i think its only DINAN that is recognized by the BMW diagnostic...

i would think they would still do the oil change and stuff, if you cant find anyone call
brad lindenstien at crevier in Santa Ana and tell him Scott sent you i bought my car from him but he can help with service. But im sure if your engine or what ever is broke, he may not be able to help.

Center BMW & Pacific BMW... both great places and pretty much MOD friendly. Well with me and a few others from the board they've been great.

For maintenance, Mods are no problem, it will create a problem for warranty repairs.

I take my car to Pacific BMW. I normally ask for Russel and tell him I want Brian Sosa to work on my car. Brian is a member of this forum too he has a Gintani SUpercharged E90 M3 (niterider)

I have mods on my car and they are really cool with that.
