I honestly forgot everyone at Mfest BBQ. I dont even know why. I was just going thru some problems before I got to the bbq and so I was just not focusing or talking to anyone at all.

cool bro hope everything is good now. yeah that was my 1st mfest event (love it) i went cuz jo was a vendor there so i was showing some support to eurodyne. so if you ever need any mods for your sick ride hit up jo fo sho.

I actually put one of the HRE 540S on & it just didn't look right. So I am agreeing with what I've read from other boards that the HRE 540 is not a good look for the new E9xs M3

Thanks, they're definitely a great wheel. When I get the car back I'll be putting some spacers on the fronts because they really need a smaller offset, other than that, they are great on this car!

Jason...thanks for pics with the new rear lights...after seeing them on a couple cars now, I like how they look on lighter color cars, but I think I'm gonna stay stock on my Jerez Black, I think the Red looks meaner on the darker colors.

I have to get some good pics of my E90 M3 when I'm back in FL after Feb. 3rd. I have the Kenesis (for now) on it now that I had on the E46 coupe and have 360 Forged 8 Mesh coming very soon! They plan to do a photo shoot with my car :buttrock:

I have to say that the E9x M3 blows the E46 M3 away in almost all aspects, except for "track car" feel on the road! I'll try to explain what I mean.

The E9x M3 is such a comforting car to drive, such a monster to drive compared to a stock E46 M3 and the technology in the E9x surpasses the E46 M3 in everyway!

Now, that said, the one thing the E46 M3 has over the new E9x M3 is that it feels a lot more nimble & controllable, especially in the steering, but that may (for me) be due to having a Competition Package E46 M3 with the tighter steering gearing ratio.

I guess I somewhat agree with what some have said...the E9x M3, especially the E90 M3 is an upgraded version of the E39 M5 and the comparison to the E9x M3 is similar to that of comparing the E39 M5 to the E46 M3...It's just that the E9x M3 has more modern ammenities & technology in it.

Well, first, remember I sold the vert, but I think my previous analysis is the same vs the s2.

As for the S3-R, there is night & day differences when it comes to the SMG E46 M3 & the 6mt E90 M3. The E90 M3 6sp feels at times like it's being shot out of a bubber band...a little hard to explain but when you drive the car, you'll understand what I mean. When you are accelerating fast & you take your foot off the gas, there is a feeling like your still being slung forward before the car starts to slow down. The S3-R on the other hand just takes off and when you take the foot off the gas is slows down right away. The M DCT may be different to the 6mt E9x, so someone with a M DCT need to chime in on that side of the transmission.
