My annual fall drive - the beautiful Northwest

I was burned out at work, working too hard and too long hours so I decided to have some time for myself with the company of my beast.

It was nice and sunny Wednesday here in Seattle 3 weeks ago, so I left work at 8:30 AM and took my annual North Cascade Hiway 20 fall drive.
I sure needed that break.

I had a really nice time to myself.
As always, my beast never disappointed me. I had a smile on my face the entire drive.

Here's a 5 minute video for sharing.

I recommend watching the video in 720p HD mode so you folks get to see better how beautiful the northwest is.

The background music is pretty good too so you may want to put your headphones on or raise up the volume on your PC.

Yes, that was Ross Lake.

I take that drive every year as the leave changes colors during the fall.
Very nice soothing drive, very scenic and lots of twisty roads.
