How was the decision made to make her a moderator? just by posts that you personally rank or a cumulative effort between most of the OGs on MFEST or Chris' call or have their been board members voting and deciding who they feel would make a better moderator?

the ONLY reason i would want to be a mod is the same reason i had when i first got into car forums... to ban people. reason? none what-so-ever. Just to piss them off and help them get back to work. lol

As everyone knows becoming a Mod (is not an easy task) does not stop on the forum but goes all the way through events aswell:)

To become a mod on Mfest:
A moderator, Admin or even members will present you to us, mostly two mods or two admins minimum and then the process takes place on were you will be watched from your post and judgement, you have to be un bias, level headed and mature enough to make decisions and know most of the members (atleast on the forum)...In the case of Faye and other Mods they 've been under the radar for at least 4-6 months and final judgement comes in unexpectedly, each mod have specific task at hand and will perform when needed...
It's not based on post, popularity contest or what not :D but is base on simple guidelines and done in a long process...

We have a few mods to fill and if you guys have any suggestion for mfesters deserving to be a mod, you can pm me asap or any of our Mods and Admin:)
