lol.. i saw this at the big end of the year 2010 626 meet... the guy driving it is a total tool. he stalled in the middle of the parkign lot and tried to look cool about it amongst his friends...

Saw a CHP cruiser on the dirt triangle on the 405 NB by the Rosecrans Exit/Entrance

AND

Later in the day, a CHP officer on his bike was picking people off at the end 405 N - 105 W merge.

Both scared the sh!7 outta me :scared: Didn't have a camera to snag a picture with. Was kind of in a rush too ;)

lol that guy's my neighbor just a couple streets away. he goes to ucr. that plate was a dare from his friend, and because he actually got it, his friend now pays his registration every year. seems like a good trade-off. lol

Good thread Amir. Any Mfesters with smartphones should check out a free app called RadarActive. Its user driven so the more people that input spots where the cops are hiding, the more beneficial it is for everyone. I've been using it for a few weeks and its ok. I think once more people report spots then itll be even better.

They have less reason to pull you over.
1. No front license plate required
2. Tint is legal.

That is true, but there are other reason lol I am originally from SoCal s.d./temecula and cali drivers are fast drivers, compared to az drivers. az drivers are slow, average speed on the freeways here are about 60... alot are 55 ... as for myself i've only gotten a few tickets and warnings in this state.... ONLY

1. speeding on the 10 freeway (heading to L.A.)
2. speeding on the 8 freeway (heading to s.d.)
3. pulled over by border patrol on the 8 freeway same day as #2, 30 mins from yuma and was asked where i was born and what i was doing
4. speeding warning and headlight out warning on the US 60 freeway heading back to Phoenix from Las vegas
5. Last but not least another speeding ticket heading to Las Vegas on the 60 freeway
6-9. got hit with speeding cameras but never recieved any tickets in the mail and one flashed in my face when i was yeilding on a right turn lol

this was all within a 2 yr time frame surprised i have :drive2:

I'd get a MERCLOL or BENZLOL plate to avoid paying registration every year :D
