I have been building this on the side and have not been really sharing. I have been caught up with a new baby, work and other projects like my e39 530i sport which I sold recently and my on going CL55 which is never ending.
I am going to post a couple of shots from day one to what it is now, but I will make another e30 build thread for this current e30. I am hoping the exterior will be done this week to at least bring to MFest.
1st day I got her. She was not in the best of shape, but a good start.
Full e30 race spec set up with changing the 4.10 LSD to the 3.73 LSD so gas would not be as bad. Full camber plates, front and rear sways from Ireland Engineering. Credit to JMP Auto in Northridge
One of the wheel option I was thinking about. DTM style from back in the day.
Vid of the rear wheel mounting on a stretched. Had to put pressure since the bead won't stay on to get air in. You guys will see it if makes it to MFest.... (tease)
Jeric from JMP Auto mounting my wheels
Full body work and a little something some...
And what do we have here...
What color will it be when it comes out???
Last but not least, can't forget to put this on when it's done.

Thanks guys. I am picking the car up today and still
Some last minute thing to put on. Interior will not be done though , but at least it will make it to the caravan.
Car will not be on the track yet, I want my buddy Don Pastor to see how the car is dialed in with suspension and what not.
So I haven't been posting any pics lately, been really busy. There are plenty of pics of the build and it would be to much to post. I will post some recent pics from Bimmerfest. Any questions you may have I will try my best to answer them and also in a speedy manner.
My car above and Don Pastor's below.
My car at Bimmerfest
With Pj Bonifacio's 2002 who did all the body and paint work on the car.
At Valencia European dialing in the camber.
My e30s from past to present.
My son, my pride and joy enjoying in my second pride and joy.
Also an update with the e30. I was visiting a client yesterday at the hospital and wanted to drive this beautiful machine since it was a nice day.
Then this happens.
A guy with his Ford F350 back right into me while I was parked. He asked if he had hit me. WTF... I told him I just got the car back a week ago from the shop, you can literally still smell the paint drying in the sun. Damage does seem to big, but if you have been waiting for your car for two months, you would be pretty upset too. It's just a hassle of it all.
Damn that sucks, I can't believe he actually asked if he hit it. Btw I saw your car at Bimmerfest and it looked great
Yea, I sent him the estimate of the damage and will see what he comes back with it.
Overall the car is done for the exterior, planning on working on the interior and planning for motor swap next year. Still doing some research on what exhaust and size of pipping I will be doing for the e30, I really want a good looking restoration with plenty of functionality for this build.
