Thumbs up OIL TEMPS GETTING HOT - HPF Oil Cooler Group Buy!!

It's that time of year again where temperatures skyrocket!! If you own an E46 M3 than you've probably seen the oil temp gauge needle to the right of the centerline. Don't ruin your engine by overheating it. We've taken the E46 M3 factory oil cooler to a completely new level for all NA, supercharged and turbocharged M3's. This is a plug and play oil cooler that simply bolts right in and replaces the factory oil cooler. The factory oil cooler lines simply connect to our new oil cooler so no need for AN fittings or steel braided lines. This oil cooler also has brackets that are designed to work for NA, supercharged, and even provides mounting locations for the HPF FMIC to connect right up to it for our turbo guys. We also built ducting directly into the oil cooler to bring cool air up from below and to redirect heated air flowing across the radiator around the oil cooler and not through it. This oil cooler design also retains the factory fan shroud, A/C fan, A/C lines and radiator location and configuration. Installation is a snap and the average at home do it yourselfer can install this themselves.

It's a lot cheaper than a new motor.

for sure, do you recommend anything else in addition to this to aid in the cooling of your oil under strenuous driving or will this get the job done tracking your car in the peak heat of the day?

I recommend the high performance fan clutches #1. http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/part...formance/17618

I also recommend water wetter. We also wire our AC fan to be on all the time.

Chris.

I've heard of plenty of other people in Canada having higher than normal oil temps. Just keep an eye on it.

Chris.
