Delete/Remove thread From Sales When Finished?

As titles suggests...

lock thread and purge to bottom of list when a sale is finished to not have them over fill...

or have a SOLD tagg to add to the listing once it is completed.

Be able to change it from SALE to PENDING to SOLD on the tag it self?

I will try and show example and get you the hack for vb
