As the title says: What is offset?

The bigger the offset, the more you're qualified for Hella Flush, or Hella Rub, or Stance Nation, or you know the rest....

Camber is the same. Lower the camber the more flush is achieved. While positive camber makes you handle like a tractor. Lolol.
