15 Years of E46 M3 Road Tour

Disclaimer: This is a pay your own way event which means I pay my own way as well. I did this event for all of us E46 M3 owners to make a once in a life time event.

Deadline: If you plan on going you need to register asap!!! I have called and held 40 rooms at discount rates at all the stops we have planned. If you have not registered by May 5th I will have to release any unsold rooms or be stuck with the bag. This means the rates of rooms go way up and no guarantee a room will be at any hotel at the stops.

Before you complain about not going, remember this, this is a once in a life time event to celebrate BMW and the E46 M3. If you can't make the whole event make some of it.

Vendors / Raffle: Now that we have a date I will work on getting raffle items to have at each stop. I make no promises I will get any but I will make the effort. So if this get you to go, then signup.

To celebrate BMW’s 100 year birthday this year and the 15 Years the E46 M3 has been around, a group of E46 M3 Owners have organized a 7 day road tour. You are welcome to join or leave the event at any point if you are not able to make all 7 days. Group rates on hotels and selected items have been worked out to cut the cost of the event as much as possible. With what we have planned, I strongly suggest you attend all 7 days, as this will be one amazing adventure.

Unlike rallies and road course events, we encourage people to stay in a group and stop at the planned destinations, as this is a road trip not a rally. However, the stops and activities are suggestions, not mandates. The event format is for those individuals, couples or families, who want to have an adventure as well as make new friends with fellow enthusiasts. We mix the day up between driving sections, photo stops and sightseeing opportunities for everyone. This is not a race, so if you are looking for a competitive event this is not for you.

Shell gas station is in the same lot as the kick off.

As part of the event decals, T-shirts and all group fees are included as the registration fee. You have your choice of numbers and letter combinations. So fist come first serve. Realize E46, M3, will probably go fast. Based event of $160 covers two decals, two t-shirts, group insurance, postage, and PayPal. Additional T-shirts are $15 each.

Decal design. Number and letter combo of your choice

Badges you will ear on the trip. Think of them as merit badges. Stops are give at the start of the day and some fun ones.

Items to purchase outside the event

1. Purchase a National Park Pass. This is $80 and is good for a full calendar year from time of purchase. This will allow you into all the national parks we are visiting and will save you a LOT of money.

2. VHF radio. We use the Boefang U5r with the longer antenna. This is a investment for you and your buddies to go on future drives. We use open frequencies to comply with using bigger radios. These can be found on Amazon for $26 dollars. Add the long antenna for more range and its $50 or less.
