Hi,

Let's counter sue -

1. Let's sue Torrance for not previously making strong attempts at guarding and securing movie theatre doors and fire exits. He should've been active in ensuring that and as he didn't, the responsibility in that not happening should be firmly placed at his feet.

2. Let's sue Torrance for not previously making strong attempts at going for psychiatric help with his level of brain power. Why did he not know his thinking was flawed? The responsibility for Torrance's obvious laziness should be placed firmly at his feet.

3. Let's sue Torrance for obviously thinking about money above the loss of his friends life in the sad incident and also for failing to understand a movie is fictional. The responsibility for Torrance obviously having greed issues and not understanding the movie is just a made up story should be placed firmly at his feet.

The attorney is also a bit stupid as well for agreeing to take the case on, however, I do know in legal things such as this there is a need for both sides to be represented. On the flipside, I don't think Torrance could adequately defend himself from being shown to be quite stupid !

Would that work? or, should we all vote to have him sent back to 1st grade at school?

My view - Torrance is an oxygen theif.
