well I'm not sure how much of an upgrade it is to rip out interior and sound damping material and run ONE pair of speakers

the goal is to overpower all the engine/road noise when desired while keeping weight down. That factory bose setup was def heavier.

I've messed with a few car stereos in the past and I have to say this was an interesting one. If anyone wants to do this, my recommendation is don't hilarious

only reason I took this on was because I have NO other speakers in the car; no rear speakers, no subs.

How does it sound? LOUD AND CLEAR! very crisp accurate sound even at high volume.
