e39 m5 supercharger question???
Anybody know whattuning companies besides dinan makes an s/c kit for the e39 m5 and what would be the best one to go with? I've been searching and all I could find was ESS(with a lot of complaints for over rating the horsepower. Thanx for replies

I know VF makes a kit for the e39 but not sure for the m5.

No, VF doesn't make kits for M5.

ESS is rating at the crank and not to the wheels. they've always done it like that afaik.

Iirc, ESS kit for e39 produces 500rwhp.
ESS is the safe kit to go for, but they dont produce the best HP increase.
I'll wait for Laidback to chime in; he has a kit on his e39.

I had a ride with it, that beast still pulls at 6th gear

Laidbacks ess m5 pulls hard in 6th its no slouch still goes. If you want more power than that look into this threads build.

Raza's kit is not released to public yet.
Definitely something to watch on LVMS drag strip.
