Found this on LakersGround.net message board, chuckled and decided to pass it along….

An elementary school teacher in Boston explains to her class that she is a Celtic fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they, too, are Celtic fans. Everyone in the class raises their hand except one little girl. The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says, “Mary, why didn’t you raise your hand?”
“Because I’m not a Celtic fan,” she replied.

The teacher, still shocked, asked, “Well, if you are not a Celtic fan, then who are you a fan of?”

“I am a Lakers fan, and proud of it,” Mary replied.

The teacher could not believe her ears.

“Mary, why, pray tell, are you a Lakers fan?”

“Because my mom is a Lakers fan and my dad is a Lakers fan, so I’m a Lakers fan too!”

“Well,” said the teacher in an obviously annoyed tone, “that is no reason for you to be a Lakers fan. You don’t have to be just like your parents all of the time. What if your mom was a prostitute and your dad was a drug addict, what would you be then?”

“Then,” Mary smiled, “Then I’d be a Celtic fan”.

I'm primarily a Lakers fan. Don't trip.....

I just love the TRIO the celtics have. Wish Kobe had someone else to pass to besides Clumsy, oops, I mean Gasol and also wish Kobe and Fisher would find a better way to team up cause they could do damage!!!

Dude, i don't know what game(s) you have being watching . Pau has one of the best hands for a big fella in the game. See the video yourself Beside, true LAL fans do not like the Celtics

that guy looks really goofy. This Celtic vs Laker rivalry is great. It's how it used to be before there was 30 years of failure on the celtics.

damn it...then i WAS a half full blown celtic fan, lol... bring on more of the jokes thomas, i'll be having the last laugh thursday night ...yeah, you heard it =)...be afraid, be very afraid...

you should've seen gary at work the whole day...he was getting to the point of being really hysterical trying to hide the fear of thursday's outcome =P...like literally jumping around and shouting "hadukin!" bwahahaha...
