Pulleys?

Are they worth it? how may hp/tq are you getting? is it a DIY? is the throttle response better compared to stock? on the e39 M5's there wasn't any significant change or power felt with the pulleys...your thoughts?

I've got the evosport system which was installed at their HB facility. I'm on their dyno on Monday afternoon to see what it really gave me over my baseline. Throttle response feels better...but that's not proven yet.

Pulleys haven't shown any substantial gains on a Dynodynamics load bearing dyno.
There are dynos out there that show a gain on an intertial dyno (i.e. Dynojet).

I think they are worth it given the cost these days. You can get a pulley for around
300. You are going to get some power back from underdriving the A/C, oil cooler,
and power steering.

Lots of pulley options:

RPi
VRP
Dinan (13% and 16%)
Rogue Engineering
Evosport

one benefit of the RPI pulley, it is the same color as stock.

Acceleration is much harder than stock, especially on upshifts.
