I am up for that.

I have to wait for my car to get back though from the dealership. There might be a driveshaft problem. (it's sitting at 99,850km) The mechanics are afraid to drive out my M3 for testing at this moment and void my warranty at 100K.

AC also failed...

^ oh no ... that's kinda funny about the warranty bit ... it shouldn't void your warranty if they're testing it though, how else are they supposed to figure it out? By staring at the car hoping for it to speak?

yeah... my service guy is in a tight spot right now figuring everything out because he's afraid if he goes over 100,000km, the coverage company would argue that problems started after the warranty and no one can prove it.

It's too bad problems came in between 99,650-99,850km.

If it is a driveshaft's problem, we're talking about $$$$$$$$$$. hahaha

Nope,

And, right now, they found 3 leaks

LSD Left Seal Leak
Oil Leak from the engine (I forgot the exact part)
Power Steering Pressure Pump is leaking.

These 3 leaks will cost me over $1000. Parts aren't that expensive. It's the labour that's gonna kill me if the warranty company doesn't allow the claim to go through.

If my claim fails, I am going back to my mechanic to fix these 3 leaks. He was from BMW anyway.

Today, I asked the BMW Finanical Manager to see if I can extend my warranty up to 160,000km as well.

Youch! Hope they cover it all.

I just sold my winter car (Celica GT-S) since it seems like winter is over LOL. Finially driving the M again, she was hibernating since October. Almost forgot how much I <3 this car

Gotta love the M.

So, yeah, I was able to extend my warranty right before it's going to end in 150km. The new extended warranty will be up to either 2years or 3 years.
I am thinking to extend for another 2 years for $3500CDN with 40,000km extra. This time, I will drive less and save money. haha.

Thankfully, my warranty company allowed the three leaks to be claimed! So, I only need to pay a $200 deductible.

$3500 for a warranty eh... I'm glad I can DIY just about anything. $3500 would go a long way to fixing things!
