Air Filter for Intakes

so i recently switched out filters for my intake and a question popped up while i was talking to lunarwater and a friend...

what filter would be the best one to have?

there are a lot of filters out there like the foam, K&N dry, K&N w/ oil, lots of different brands, and stuff

what do you guys think?

I was thinking about changing to aftermarket intake, Boss says, "you mean HOT AIR INTAKE?"
Then I thought, OK, what about air filter and elbow?
Someone expert, I mean really expert, told me to stay with stock.
So, I stay with stock.

mine is pretty much the same lol
