Feels pretty stock, but a nice lower range in shift. No play at all, still feels like the day I installed it. As for track use, I haven't got around to getting my car out for a track day yet so I can't really answer that one. I assume it should be no problem though

ordered some chrome gauge rings and ditched the aluminum rings
